We help customers understand publicly available currency exchange information in the UAE. We are not a bank, exchange house or money transfer operator.
Who we are
Exchange Support is operated by ExchangeHub Customer Support, a customer service business based in Business Bay, Dubai. We were established to help residents and visitors of the UAE navigate the many exchange, remittance and travel-money options available in the market.
Our team consists of customer service professionals — not financial advisors, brokers or agents. We answer questions, explain terminology and share publicly available information so you can make your own informed decisions.
Our approach
We believe in three principles: transparency about what we do, clarity in the information we share, and independence from any specific provider. We do not receive commissions from banks or exchange houses for referrals, and we do not endorse specific providers.
